Shingle Roof Replacement, Burlington

We recently wrapped up a major roofing project at Building 4 of the River Watch Condominiums in Burlington, where our team replaced over 100 square—one of our largest shingle jobs this year.

This project was more than just a roof replacement. We also upgraded multiple skylights to improve energy efficiency and bring in more natural light for the homeowners. For the shingles, we used CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles, which offer a perfect balance of durability, style, and long-term protection—ideal for Vermont's unpredictable weather.

Our crew worked efficiently to minimize disruption for the residents while maintaining our signature craftsmanship and attention to detail. From prep to final inspection, the job was done cleanly and professionally.

Whether you're managing a multi-unit property or looking to upgrade your home, we’ve got the tools and team to deliver results that last.

Our team begins the full roof tear-off at Building 4 of the River Watch Condominiums, stripping over 100 square of old shingles to expose the decking beneath. This essential first step allows us to inspect for damage, make necessary repairs, and prepare the surface for a clean and durable new installation.

Following the tear-off, our crew installed Grace Ice & Water Shield in all critical areas for maximum moisture protection, including eaves and valleys. Over the rest of the roof deck, we applied CertainTeed’s synthetic underlayment to create a durable, weather-resistant barrier beneath the shingles. This dual-layer system ensures long-term protection against Vermont’s harsh weather conditions.

As part of the upgrade at River Watch Condominiums, we installed new Velux skylights to improve natural lighting and energy efficiency for the homeowners. Each skylight was properly flashed and integrated into the roofing system to ensure a watertight seal and long-lasting performance. We also completed all interior finishing. Velux products are known for their reliability and sleek design—an ideal addition to this large-scale roofing project.

Our team installed CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles, chosen for their durability, aesthetic appeal, and long-term weather resistance. Each shingle was carefully aligned and fastened to manufacturer specifications to ensure a clean finish and dependable performance. This high-quality roofing system provides lasting protection for this large multi-unit building.

The finished roof at River Watch Condominiums showcases a flawless installation of CertainTeed Landmark shingles. Every shingle was hand-inspected during our final walkthrough to ensure perfect alignment, proper sealing, and long-term durability. The result is a clean, professional finish built to withstand Vermont’s toughest weather—delivered with the highest attention to detail.
